I appreciated the central location in Palermo, as it made exploring the city easy. However, my stay was marred by numerous issues, including an unclean room and less-than-helpful staff. The breakfast options were disappointing, and the noise level throughout my stay was unbearable. Overall, I wouldn't choose to return. 😞
